The Light Ranch is committed to stewarding all donations, registrations, and purchases responsibly in support of our mission. We value the trust of our donors, participants, and supporters and strive to handle all transactions with transparency and integrity.
Charitable Donations
Donations made to The Light Ranch are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable charitable contributions.
If you believe a donation was made in error, charged incorrectly, duplicated, or submitted without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the discretion of The Light Ranch.
To request a donation refund, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date.
Recurring Donations
Donors who establish recurring contributions may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation options provided through the donation platform.
Cancellation of a recurring donation will prevent future charges but will not automatically refund donations that have already been processed.
Event Registrations
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, retreat, workshop, or program:
Certain events, retreats, fundraising activities, or special programs may have separate cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated during registration.

If The Light Ranch cancels an event, participants may be offered one of the following:

Merchandise Returns and Refunds
If merchandise purchased from The Light Ranch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible merchandise may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
Unless required by law, shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow a reasonable period for processing, as financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time for funds to appear in your account.
